BlinkConvert is a free, browser-based tool for converting audio and video files. All processing occurs locally on your device using WebAssembly technology. We don't provide file storage, cloud processing, or any server-side file handling.

You are responsible for: • Ensuring you have the right to convert any files you process • Using the service in compliance with applicable laws • The content of any files you convert • Backing up important files before conversion You agree not to use BlinkConvert for: • Processing files you don't have rights to • Any illegal purposes • Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the service

BlinkConvert respects intellectual property rights. We don't have access to your files, so we can't monitor what you convert. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to convert any content.

BlinkConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Conversion results will meet your specific needs • Compatibility with all file formats or browsers • Accuracy of converted files Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlinkConvert and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We strive to keep BlinkConvert available but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
